Here's the recipe:
1 cup of Cheddar Cheese
1 cup of Motzarella Cheese
1/4 cup of Yello Onion
1 table spoon of Butter
10 ounces (1 package) of Frozen Spinach
1 9 inch pie crust
4 eggs, beaten
Salt and Pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.
Step 3: Beat eggs then combine spinach, onion, melted butter, and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Layer egg mixture and cheese into pie crust.
Step 5: Bake for 55 minutes, until set in the center.
Step 6: Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
